Do you capture outside Greater Accra?
Yes — we cover all 16 regions. Out-of-region bookings include travel and per-diem quoted per visit. Batch multiple properties to reduce travel costs.
Do I have to list on Habivista to book?
No. Capture Services is open to anyone. You can use the 3D tour and photos on your own site, other portals, or print.
How long does the shoot take?
Starter: ~60 minutes on-site. Standard: 90 minutes. Signature: 2–3 hours plus drone time. Always a single visit.
What if the property is still furnished by tenants?
That's fine — we capture lived-in. For Signature, we recommend a quick tidy or a dedicated staging brief.
How soon after the shoot can I publish?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Signature is 24. Rush delivery (next-day) is available for a 25% fee.
Who owns the images?
You do. You get full commercial usage rights. We keep a watermark-free copy in your account for re-download.
